Our programs empower educators to bring out the best in themselves, their colleagues, and their students by viewing their roles through the lens of leadership and emotional intelligence.
For over 23 years, we have used an experiential method to help teachers move beyond the academic curriculum and focus on the holistic needs of the “learner.” By shifting the focus toward Emotional Intelligence (EI), we provide life-defining experiences that help faculty work more effectively across departments and embolden students to take on new challenges with confidence.
Through these 1 to 4-day workshops, we aim to break down cross-department silos and embolden a “One School One Team” mindset. The curriculum is designed to enhance trust and team spirit, helping teachers build organic professional norms that go far beyond the written word of a handbook.
By the end of the program, your faculty will have the tools to initiate action independently, transforming the school culture into one of collaboration, high performance, and shared purpose.
